With a proven track record in building inclusive cultures and optimizing human capital, he has driven large-scale initiatives in performance management, DEI, and employee engagement.

Chris’s expertise lies in aligning people strategies with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights, and enhancing organizational capabilities. He holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and certifications in the Hogan Assessment System, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, EQ-i 2.0, and DiSC.
